Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
